1. Who We Are

Cycolaps (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at cycolaps.com and the AI Agent Playground service. Questions about this policy can be directed to hassan.t.alame@gmail.com.

2. What We Collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in via Google or email/password (provided by Firebase Authentication).
  • API keys — third-party LLM provider keys you add in the Playground. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage and are never transmitted to any party other than the provider you configure.
  • Usage data — the agents you create, chat history within the Playground, and session metadata.
  • Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
  • Analytics — anonymised page-view and performance data via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (no personally identifiable information).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the Playground and AI Agent services.
  • To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • To fulfil purchases and deliver downloadable products.
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, download links).
  • To improve site performance and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your API keys for any purpose other than forwarding your own requests to the configured LLM provider.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party processors:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication and Firestore database.
  • Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting.
  • Vercel — hosting, edge functions, and analytics.
  • Stripe / PayPal — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Playground Settings panel. Upon deletion, all Firestore records, database rows, and your authentication credentials are removed within seconds.

6. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for authentication session management (set by Firebase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request a copy of your data or raise a concern, email us at hassan.t.alame@gmail.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
