Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using cycolaps.com (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Cycolaps. Questions can be directed to hassan.t.alame@gmail.com.

2. The Service

Cycolaps provides an AI Agent Skill Vault (downloadable digital products) and an AI Agent Playground (a browser-based interface for creating and chatting with LLM-powered agents using your own API keys). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases of digital products are final. Because our products are downloadable digital goods that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at hassan.t.alame@gmail.com and we will make it right.

5. API Keys & Third-Party Providers

The Playground allows you to connect your own third-party LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek). You are solely responsible for your use of those keys, any costs incurred with those providers, and compliance with their respective terms of service. We encrypt your keys at rest and never use them except to forward your own requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our products or platform.
• Resell or redistribute downloaded products without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including skill packs, guides, and software — is owned by Cycolaps and protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own projects. No ownership or rights beyond that licence are transferred.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cycolaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
